Our mission has two parts: to prepare talented student-athletes to obtain college scholarships, train them for competitive tennis competitions around the world, and develop their human potential and intellectual skills by providing a quality, relevant education for citizenship in a globalized world and to guide other young people to live a productive life

(1) To go to primary and secondary schools, public parks, tennis academies, and clubs to identify and train young players.
(2) To partner with individuals, businesses, NGOs, INGOs, and governments to achieve TV35’s goals and objectives.
(3) To identify volunteers to assist with the delivery of the tennis and educational programs. (
4) To conceptualize and design an online platform to deliver tennis and educational programs.
(5) To evaluate and monitor how student-athletes move along a defined student-athlete Progression Plan.
(6) To raise funds for the implementation of the tennis and educational programs.
The following local governments will be affiliates: In Florida, USA: Florida City, City of Homestead (Naranja), and Leisure City. These cities face growing challenges and problems that are impacting students’ social, emotional, and academic development. TV35 has made the commitment to create first-class sports and educational programs and services to focus on the needs and challenges facing student-athletes and not-so-talented student-athletes.
1. Increase the number of struggling student-athletes and non-student athletes who failed to pass the End-of-Year Examination (EOC) in the selected schools.
2. Increase the number of struggling student-athletes and non-student athletes in Florida City, City of Homestead, Leisure City feeder programs as they prepare to attend Homestead Senior, South Dade Senior High School, and other vocational educational centers.
3. Encourage parental involvement.
4. Increase number of local businesses participating in mentoring and internship programs.
5. Increase youth awareness of gang-related unlawful activities in our communities to raise awareness of risks and alternatives.
Global Education will be incorporated through an on-line educational program. The other curricular materials will supplement other educational subject areas such as critical thinking, financial and investment literacy, civic literacy, reading literacy, etc.
TV35 will work with individuals, businesses, and NGOs, INGOs and governments to help structure new programs and re-structure existing programs for after-school participation. Examples of activities that may be provided through these programs are homework help, tutorial assistance, physical and cultural/interfaith activities, as well as activities that build critical thinking skills and the on-line literacy. TV35 will partner and collaborate with the individuals, businesses, and NGOs, INGOs and governments to explore joint use of public facilities such as schools, parks, libraries, recreational centers, and future land use for carrying out the afterschool programs.
